Default Peer Syed Naseeruddin Naseer tazmeen of kalaam-e-Ala Hadrat 'alyhi rahma

Allow a few minutes for the video to upload but worth the wait:

http://pirnaseer.sehamtech.com/3gp%2...0sb%202005.3gp

I'd like to know your opinions on this as I think Peer sahib are a brilliant poet in their own right. Co-incidentally only last night I heard them recite a kalaam they've wrote on Syedi Ala Hadrat 'alyhi rahma on Noor TV which was mindblowing. I'm hoping someone will also upload that inshallah.

Subhan Allah bro! Thanks. I have transliterated the first tazmeen (of Nimatein baant-ta...). Here it is:

Tazmeen ba kalam e Ala Hazrat az Pir Nasiruddeen Naseer

Yeh voh sach hai ke jisse aik jahan maan gya
saath hi munshi e rahmat ka kalamdaan gya

le khabar jald ke auron ki taraf dhiyaan gya
mere mawla, mere aaqa tere qurbaan gya

mahv e nazzaara, sar e gumbad e hazra hi rahi
door se sajdahguzaar e sar e waala hi rahi
ru ba ru paake bhi mahroom e tamasha hi rahi
aah voh aankh ke naakaam e tammana hi rahi

teri chaahat ka amal zeest ka manshur raha
teri dehleez ka phaira mera dastoor raha
yeh alag baat ke toor aankh se mastoor raha
dil hai who dil jo teri yaad se m`amoor raha
sar hai woh jo tere qadmon pe qurbaan gya

baam e maqsad pe tamanaon kay zeenay paunchay
lab e saahil pe Naseer unkay safinay paunchay
jinko khidmat mein bulaaya tha nabi ne paunchay
jan o dil hosh o khirad sab tau madinay paunchay
tum nahin chalte Raza saara to saamaan gya

Translation to follow later insha allah...(unless some other brother(s) wish to do it instead!)

This is a truth which the whole world accepted:
Every pauper who came to your door, left as a king.
His manner of giving is to die for!
Wherever, bestowing mercy, that splendid one went
The scribe of Divine Providence went with him!

le khabar jald ke auron ki taraf dhiyaan gya
mere mawla, mere aaqa tere qurbaan gya

Whosoever went towards the Qur'an leaving you aside
Never left this world in a happy state!
How many became insolent, how many lost their faith!
Save me quickly for my attention is wandering to others!
My master, my lord may I be sacrificed for you!

mahv e nazzaara, sar e gumbad e hazra hi rahi
door se sajdahguzaar e sar e waala hi rahi
ru ba ru paake bhi mahroom e tamasha hi rahi
aah voh aankh ke naakaam e tammana hi rahi
Lost in the vision, in front of the Green Dome it remained
From afar in prostration to the Exalted Presence it remained
Despite seeing the dome face to face it remained bereft of the spectacle!
Ah! That eye which remained unfulfilled in its desire
Ah! That heart which left your door in a peaceful state!

rest to follow tomorrow insha allah...

I was as stunned as most when I heard of his death. Truly shocking, a great poet, scholar, mystic and not afraid of speaking the truth. I never had the privilege of meeting the noble Syed and this is simething i will forever regreat. the ummah has truly lost a gem.

Inn lillahi wa ina ilayhi raji'oon.
