Qadiri Shaykhs Accessible for those in the West?

As-salamu 'alaykum,

A lot of Sunni brothers are interested in the Qadiri Tariqa and would like where to turn... It is difficult to locate Qadiri shaykhs who are accessible to those who do not speak Urdu/Punjabi. A related problem is that it can be quite difficult to distinguish those who are upon the real maslak from Sulah Kullis and Tafdilis etc. if most available material is in Urdu...

So please list any shaykh(s) that would be suitable for those in the West. Country of origin is irrelevant.
