What is the fuss about Higgs-Boson? And does it really contradict the Qur'an? Or is it one way to prove that the Qur'an is the truth?

it is a proposed elementary particle, not yet fully confirmed to exist, it is a significant finding which may answer one of the many unknowns of quantum theory ; as far as naming it, they call anything significantly important as god these days, so there is no connection to God there. For a muslim, if anything, it should help one marvel at the creation of Allah azza wa jall. |

All this hullabaloo, spending billions of $$, joint-research on a scale unprecedented in human history while more than half the world's population is almost starving and most of the remaining half is not so happy either, many nations still recovering from a global financial crisis not to mention atleast three countries under perpetual occupation: All for the sake of 'science' ? An 'elusive' particle? ....tsk....tsk
Have we forgotten how the nuclear bomb was built? Do we not know who benefits the most from NASAs 'space-research'? Something big is underway...... conspiracy theorist? erm...maybe. I don't mind being wrong when everyone else is right, but dread being wrong when EVERYONE else is wrong too!
